Applications for FEWS Schemes are processed online through FEWS website. At times, the students face difficulty in registration and filling online application form. For convenience of the candidates, the detailed procedure of registration and application submission is appended as below:

Registration

On commencement of scheme the candidate must register himself / herself through FEWS website as per following procedure:

Please login www.fews.pk and click Register Here (Tab Register Here is available in the upper right corner)

(a page requiring the following information appears. The boxes should be filled in BLOCK CAPITAL letters.

Required information	Correct way of inserting information
Name	Should be in BLOCK CAPITAL letters.
CNIC / Form B No.	(Dont use space,  hyphen or any other punctuation mark (e.g.1234567891234)
Father’s Service Cadre	Officer Wards of commissioned officers must click OFFICER Airman Wards of SAC to CWO / Hon Flt Lt must click AIRMEN Civilian Wards of PAF Civilians (any BPS) must click CIVILIANS
Father’s Service No	Officer Should be inserted in 04 or 05 digits whichever applicable (e.g.1234 or 12345) Airman Should be inserted in 05 or 06 digits whichever applicable (e.g.12345 or 123456) Civilian First of all click the appropriate available option like ZB, TI, PI, M, etc and then insert the number exactly in 06 digits e.g. M-5100 should be inserted as 005100 (the letter M has already been selected).
Father’s CNIC	As explained earlier
Email Address	Insert your own email address and remember it because FEWS will communicate on the same address for issuance of your ID and Password.

The procedure, as discussed above should be strictly followed. Information not inserted as per standard procedure may cause further queries in the processing of Registration and online submission of applications.

Issuance of ID and Password

Within 01 week of registration the candidate will receive their ID and Password through email on the email address they have entered in the registration form.

Online Submission of application

On receiving ID and Password the candidate must submit the application online as per following procedure. Login www.fews.pk and click Registered Login.

On inserting ID and Password the primary page for uploading information appears. At this stage please click Apply for Scholarship and further check the box to accept the certificate. The application form (comprising of 02 pages) appears. Insert the information accordingly as all the columns are self explanatory. On completing first page please click on submit, The second page requiring information about fee structure appears. By further clicking save on the second page the software gives option Generate PDF . Click Generate PDF and the form will be submitted online as well as printable form (in PDF format) will be displayed.

Please note that while filling application any symbol like !, #, $, %, ^, &, ~, * etc should not be used in any box, however, the symbol @ can be used in email address only.

Submission of Application (Hard Copy)

On completing the above procedure please print your application (PDF), attach the required documents* and send it on the address given below:

• 01 attested copy of Student’s CNIC / Form B
• 01 attested Copy of Father’s CNIC
• 01 attested copy of SSC Certificate / Result Card
• 01 attested copy of HSSC Certificate / Result Card
• 01 attested copy of Bachelor’s Certificate / Result Card
• 01 attested copy of Discharge Book / Pension Book
• 01 attested copy of Father’s Death certificate (for wards of deceased personnel only)
• 01 attested Copy of Disability Certificate (If applicable)
